Shouldn’t the first question be asked is, “For what reason would said person wear this outfit?” Just because their not Japanese doesn’t mean they cannot wear it! I say this because I’m Korean & when my non-Korean friends & I wear Hanboks my friends do not get called out for CA. Why? Because it’s for when we visit my family in Korea. They know the culture behind wearing them.
